Can I buy an extra shirt?

I forgot my username and password?

What if my shirt size is wrong?

Send it back to ESA, and send us an email with all your details, and we will gladly send you the right size.

Why don't I receive my parcel after the first week of every month?

Why can't you fax me a copy of my fishing licence?

It is illegal to fax a copy of a fishing licence, and you must show the original copy to parks board or officials.

Why am I not receiving my parcels?

Your address might have changed, and was never changed on your profile or on our database, let us know if your address has changed as soon as possible.

Do I get a new ESA shirt if I upgrade my membership status?

If you pay the joining fee again yes, or you can easily just order an extra shirt for R250.

Am I receiving a new membership card with renewal?

No

Why is there only one online membership available?

ESA is adjusting with times and found some of the services we used, not very reliable and therefore are streamlining our offering as well as catering for the international market as well. Our current package offers the same in principle at a much better rate and is much more reliable.

We might make more options available in the future.
